What's Next? in photography
25 February 2011
Foam has launched What’s Next? - A search into the future of photography. Together with Foam, we thought of the concept for What’s Next?. This year, Foam will be organising a range of activities to find answers to this question. How will technological developments influence the world of photography? Does photography as a profession have a future? Will we perceive photography in a different way? How will this affect our experience in photography museums? These are all questions to which we might have an answer to by the end of the year. Everybody can participate on the website and join the discusssion with different experts. Among the contributors are Erik Kessels and Constant Dullaart. Join the debate.

Last saturday (the 29th) Gisèle d'Ailly-van Waterschoot van der Gracht received a royal decoration. The mayor of Amsterdam was present to reward her for her cultural and social engagement. After the war, in which she fostered several persons in hiding, she founded the cultural institution Castrum Peregrini. An institution Vandejong enjoys working for. On behalf of the whole bureau; congratulations! Photo: Simon Bosch
