At 17, Carla wanted to be a youth social worker, but the world had too much to offer. She’s worked in prisoner rehabilitation, started her own restaurant, and served as a communications consultant for the city of Haarlem and a desk producer at VARA. She also coaches a youth football team. She's involved everywhere. Carla truly cares. At Vandejong, she’s our unseen force. She keeps an eye on everything that’s happening at the agency, making sure the working atmosphere is good and keeping things calm in the run-up to deadlines.
