Niek van Lonkhuijzen

Niek worked his way up from intern to head of communications at World Press Photo and then threw himself into the internet bubble for a while. After it burst, he travelled the world for the agencies Fuel Europe and 180 Amsterdam, working on advertising campaigns for companies such as Volvo. After he'd seen and done it all, Niek decided to strike out on his own. He joined The Soon Institute which focuses on new forms of communication in imagining the 'future present' of companies, communities and organisations. He also returned to photography. Niek has produced two photo books and now works to make Foam Magazine a succes as its publication manager. With his knowledge, expertise and innovative take on communication, Foam Magazine is destined for global succes! Stay tuned.
