Rabobank Amsterdam asked Vandejong to develop a new concept for their membership programme that would broaden the bank’s cooperative base and reflect the new ‘zeitgeist’.
Insight & strategy
Rabobank plays a crucial role in the city and wants to be the bank for and by engaged Amsterdam residents. By making this group visible and bringing the stakeholders together, the bank presents itself in a distinctive way and shows how it contributes to a sustainable society.
We developed the concept Amsterdam &Co: an active network of engaged Amsterdam residents.
Result & Impact
Amsterdam &Co exists for over 5 years and with a magazine, relationship dinners, local advertisements and a Night &Co, it has become a broad programme for employees, members and customers of the bank.
The Amsterdam &Co magazine is the platform for young talented (Amsterdam based) writers, journalists, illustrators, photographers and our own designers. By making the magazine we expand our own network of talent creatives and we discover new interesting people that make the city.
All content for the magazine is created with young Amsterdam writers, photographers and illustrators. For many it is the first time that they publish editorial work. A number of them won prizes for their work.
